Black silicon carbide is also known as black carborundun,black sic,for short “C”, it is made from high purity silica sand and petroleum coke in electrical internal resistance furnaces.
Zhengzhou haixu abrasives co.,ltd,founded in 1999,has been manufacturing and exporting black silicon cabride and green silicon carbide for more than 20year in China.
Today just introduce our black silicon carbide factory.
It takes about 12000 square kilometers,monthly production capacity is about 2000tons including all sizes.
