Applying an anti-skid coating using silicon carbide aggregate material on steel surfaces, integrated with painting process.
–Aggregate:Black silicon carbide,medium to coarse size:4.75-2.36MM
–Mixing ratio:0.5kg to 0.75kg per liter of polyurethane topcoat
–Zinc spray:Zinc-rich primer for initial protection
–Epoxy paint:intermediate protective coating
–Polyurethane topcoat:Final proctective and decorative layer, mixed with aggregate.
–Tools:roller, mechanical mixer or mixing paddle, personal protective equipment
