Black Carborundum P Series
Black carborundum P Series are high-purity artificial abrasives made from quartz sand and petroleum coke through high-temperature smelting above 1800℃, crushing and screening, pickling and grading. Its characteristics and applications are as follows:

2. Core characteristics
Physical properties
Hardness reaches 9.15 (Mohs), second only to diamond, boron carbide and green silicon carbide, and mechanical strength is higher than corundum;
The particles are sharp and more closely bonded to the coated abrasive substrate (such as cloth base and paper base).
Process standards
Purity ≥ 98%, and the particle size distribution and purity are controlled by acid washing overflow classification, water washing and other processes;
Produced according to the “P standard” classification, covering a variety of particle size models such as P12 to P5000 to meet the needs of different scenarios.
3. Application areas
Coated abrasives: used as special abrasives for sandpaper, emery cloth and other products, suitable for high-precision grinding needs;
