1. Preparation process
Raw materials and smelting
Quartz sand and petroleum coke are used as raw materials, and silicon carbide blocks are generated by high-temperature melting and smelting, and then crushed, screened and shaped to form basic particles.
Fine treatment
The particles need to be ground, pickled, washed, overflowed, graded, dried, screened and loosened to remove impurities and optimize the particle size distribution, and finally form P series abrasives.
2. Performance characteristics
High hardness and wear resistance
